Because of our long-term relationship with Linda, we eventually became very good friends. She knew our kids, watched them grow up, and years later our daughter wanted to make sure Linda was a guest at her wedding. Several years later, our daughter called on Linda to help her find and purchase her first condo. To continue to call on a real estate agent repeatedly, one must have established an exceptional working and trustworthy rapport with the agent.
